1) Create a data directory called ...\ARTemplate using Explorer
2) Start Adagio A/R, enter the user and password and click create, then select the ...\ARTemplate directory
3) Setup your options, terms, billing cycles, distributions, letters and statements as needed.
4) Do not add any customers/tennants

You now have an AR Template.

To use this template use Explorer and copy AR*.* from the ...\ARTemplate folder to the folder you are using for a particular property.
It would be a good idea to use a different extension for each property. You are now ready to add the tennants for this property.

If I may jump in here, re your note "It would be a good idea to use a different extension for each property."

Have you a way to change the extension of a group of files in Windows Explorer, or is this one of those things that is still a lot easier with a DOS command?

Most likely there are other tools that provide the same capability.
