Accounts Payable will not allow year end.
Indicates: Procedures to complete before running Year End.
Invoice Posting Journal - Must print and clear first
Adjustment Posting Journal - Must print and clear first
Reconciled Checks Posting Journal - Must print and clear first.
However all have been posted and printed. When I attempt to re-print it indicates the posting sequence "in blue-not accessible" when I click PRINT advise comes up "There are no transactions to print" How do I clear these reports so that I can complete Year End?

What version of Adagio Payables are you using? The solutions available depend on this.
Do you in fact have all the required printouts, and just want to close the year? Or are there still posting journals to print.

The usual reason for this problem is that the posting journal data file has gotten out of synch with expected values that are stored with the company data. Typically this happens due to data being restored from a backup incorrectly, but it could happen for other reasons.

The easiest way to bypass this and be able to run Year End assumes you already have the required printouts and are running a reasonably current version of Adagio Payables. Just edit the Company Profile, and on the System/Report Options tab, ensure that the option to 'Allow Post Journal Purge' is not selected. This means that Year End Processing will not halt due to uncleared posting journals, but simply delete the files as part of the process.

If there are posting journals that you still expect to print but cannot, or are running a much older version of Payables, then the data will need to be fixed in some way. Perhaps that means deleting the posting journal data files manually, or posting another 'dummy' batch to populate an unexpectedly empty posting journal file. Proceeding here may require assistance from your Adagio consultant.

I am using version 8.1F installed Jan/Feb 2014 by Access Solutions. I have all the required printouts and just want to close the year. The printouts I have are from the 8th and 13th of Jan, 2015 as of Dec 31,2014.
As suggested I will attempt to edit the Company Profile.

I'm glad you were able to get this problem solved and my apologies: Normally when we do an upgrade we turn off the feature 'Allow Posting Journal Purge'. Looks like somehow we overlooked this change.
