I am converting a clients Accpac A/R to Adagio. When it converts it says it has been properly converted but when I try to access the data I get an access violation at address 00404F32 in module receivables@exe. Read of address 00000014.

I can access other clients A/R just not the one I recently converted.

Suggestions?

What version of Adagio Receivables do you have? If version 9.1A, you require the 2014.07.23 service pack. Otherwise an error would occur when converting AR data older than the 9.0A level, which would include Accpac Plus AR.

This is from the release notes for that service pack:

* An error occurred when converting data to 9.1A from a version earlier than 9.0A (2009.03.31) and the database was not converted.
