Is anyone having issues with Adagio running in a Windows Server 2012 Terminal Server (RDS)? The Adagio Data resides on another Server 2012.

Thanks

Your performance will be better if your Adagio data and EXE's are on a single server providing the Remote Desktop Services..

We have tested Adagio extensively running on Windows Server 2012 R2, with Remote Desktop Services. As Andrew has suggested, your Adagio Data should be on the same server as your programs.

There are lots of reasons why, and speed and processing performance is one of them. Or in other words, you could have speed or performance issues if you put the Adagio Data on another server.

We would also expect to see performance issues if the server doesn't have enough RAM allocated to the Adagio Server. We're currently recommending 4 Gb per user, and 8 users per core. Windows Server 2012 is built to perform with lots of RAM, and RAM is cheap.

Best,
Brian
