Hi lmurphy,

Has anything changed in the last month? Installing updates to either FX or QuickBooks? Or Windows updates? This will help determine what's happening.

Which version of FX/Q is currently installed? You can check this from the About screen under the Help menu.

Hello lmurphy,

Another thing to check is that that QB data passes the QB data integrity check. It's possible there was a problem with the data and the client ran this process without letting you know...
