Urgent need of your combined wisdom.

I am trying to export a Physical Count Worksheet for a location to check back count by "Picking Sequence".

When I export I am getting (-1) where the count information should be ...

I have staff waiting on a response.. The Reconciliation Report does not print by "Pick Sequence...

Hi Edward,

Stock counts are not stored in the system. You can export the Quantity on Hand data value for a specific location, sorted by Pick Sequence, but it is not possible to print/export the values previously counted.

If you export the Stock Count field to the Excel workbook, it is by design to pre-fill this column value with -1, so that you don't accidentally re-import a different value (such as zero). The purpose of this field is for someone to do the count and replace the -1 with the physical value. Then when importing this Excel file back into Inventory, the appropriate count adjustments can be made.

But I failed to say I was using an older version. (Current I.C Version does what I need.)

If the current version does what you want, wouldn't the solution be to get the current version?

Rows in Excel sheets can be re-sorted if that is all that needs changing.
