I am finding that BankRec allows neither Multiple-Users nor Multiple Instances even though Lanpak licenses are available.

The error message window states "Unable to obtain access to BankRec database, currently being accessed by [??? user ???] in [Adagio BankRec]."

There are no Adagio windows other than the overall program window open in the first user session or instance.

Is this intentional or do I have a problem ?

What if one user wants to simply view their bank info. while another user is keying batches ?

What if multiple users want to key batches ?

Regards, Pete

Hello Peter,

The limitation is in BankRec; it is not multi-user.

I have added your comments to the wishlist for a future release of BankRec.

OK, thanks ... sort of

I guess I just naturally assumed that being a 6.8 level module - it would be Multi-User.

Wow, how did I miss that ? Is this "Single-User Feature" mentioned anywhere ?

I do hope that this is already on a "Must Do" list.

Thanks, Peter
