Question re: information printed in the "reference field" & "description field" in Accpac Plus G/L(V6.1A) retrieved from QC Plus Windows(V6.1B-981126).
In Quik Check Plus Windows - G/L Transactions report, the Check# is printed in Reference Field & the Batch# , Entry# , and Name) are printed in the Description Field. (In QC Windows- Company Profile- Interfaces- Send to G/L reference field = "Check# " & Send to G/L description field = "Posting seq/Entry/Name).
But in Accpac Plus G/L- G/L Listing report, "Consol. by QC on 12/31/99" is printed in the Description Field & "QC-MC" appears in the Reference Field(not case when I used QC Dos. Any way to show Ck# & Name,etc. in those fields in G/L Listing Report? Thanks.

This information should be passed through to the ACCPAC Plus G/L if you have the fields indicated set up in your Company Profile. However, if you have the "Consolidate Bank Account" checked (in QIWIN Co Prof), then this will affect how the information is sent to the GL.

If you want the Check #, Batch/entry/Desc to show up in the GL, then turn this option off.
