We use alpha numeric numbers for our client numbers and i had it set up on my old laptop that i didn't have to have my "caps lock" on or hold down the shift key, adagio would automatically make what I typed uppercase in my client number field. But, for some reason I lost the default of all client numbers being capitalized. I still have it for the matter numbers but not the client numbers. Where can I change this?

There isn't an option within any of the Adagio applications (including Time&Billing) to force the capitalization of field entries (apart from the Cap Locks key on the keyboard ). From what I can find, it was intentional to allow a lowercase client number - for compatibility reasons - but we forced all other key fields to be uppercase.

I can't say what might have changed here.
