A client wants to delete an OE Miscellaneous Charge from the master list. They receive a message indicating that Day End must be run first. Yet even after running Day End and clearing the Audit Report, they are still denied with the same message.

Question: Is there something else that needs to be run or cleared?

Have you seen this behavior yourself? I ask because I just tested using OE8.1F(131106) and (130708) without issue.

Yes, I have. I was skeptical myself but after being told, patiently, of this issue by the client for the past 6 months, I decided to test it myself. I connected remotely, made a copy of the data, ran OE Day End and received the same results as they described.

I was hoping you knew of a secondary check being made in the background. If not, I'll get a copy of their data and see what I can discover.

Check for an Invoice or Credit note dated in the future. If they have a document that does not have Yes for the Costed Status, it is preventing the deletion.
