When I retrieve data from Simply Accounting to FX Pro V9.0B instead of the budget data getting over written. It is added to the existing budget data. For example if I retrieve the data twice the budget data will be doubled. I have been getting around this by retrieving data into a new data file each time.

Is there a simple solution to this issue.

Actually, The simplest solution (no pun intended) is to set your budgets up in FX the way you would like and not retrieve the budgets from Simply at all.
