This is the first time I have encountered this request and I can't even get into the program now. There seemed to be a relevant post in the discussions on this topic but I get an access denied when I follow this link - http://www.softrak.com/ubbthreads/ubbthr...to_da#Post32706
Any ideas. I am running Windows 8. With the CRA breathing down my neck this is not a good time to have no access to my accounting software. Help!

This was the temporary workaround suggested in the thread:

Rename the \Softrak\System\vitalEsafe and \Softrak\System\AdagioPDF folders. This will almost certainly fix the problem, until the next upgrade reinstalls those two folders.

But this would disable your PDF printer driver and vitalEsafe set up if you have one. It is not a long term solution, and you should consult with your Adagio dealer.
