While I have not seen that specific one before, I’ve seen some that are quite similar. I would say that the two most likely causes are:
1. The system is unable to delete a temporary file due to some process not having closed the file properly
2. The user does not have the correct rights
In your case, I very much doubt that it’s 2 unless this is a new user or you've modified network security recently.
In the case of 1, sometimes simply exiting and restarting Adagio is enough and sometimes one has to restart the workstation that had locked the file or even the Server (that’s a pain). You could also look at clearing the user’s windows Temp folder.
Failing that we may have to look at manually deleting Adagio temp files from the Adagio data folder. If this is the case, let me know and I'll contact you directly.
