Good Morning

I need to delete some re-order date fields. I can blank the number fields but I can't seem to get rid of the date fields. Is there a switch somewhere to unlock them?

Thanks

Mike:

Just delete the date field, Adagio will then delete the min/max numbers.

Hi Doug,

Tried deleting the date and it won't let me (the first re-order date is fine, I'm trying to delete the second re-order date). Deleted all the re-order amounts, closed the item, closed Inventory, and then started it back up. Date was still there with no re-order amounts.

Thanks

Mike:

You can't delete the first date, all you can do is remove the numbers from each column.

From the first date field tab into the second so that the date is fully highlighted then press the delete key and finally select Okay. Should be gone. Don't forget that this information may be stored in multiple locations, you have to delete each one (though you should be able to delete a single location and not see it in that location any more).

Looks like this might be an issue for your Adagio consultant to help you out with.

Hi Mike & Doug:
I think I see why you have different experiences.

Mike, I believe, is accessing the Reorder information by selecting an Item in Item Maintenance, editing it and selecting the "Reorder" tab. Like Mike, I cannot delete those dates. But I found that if I access the Edit | Item Maintenance | Edit Reorder Data menu option, dates can be deleted. I think that is what Doug is describing. I don't know why there is a difference in behaviour.

I think you have hit the nail on the head. I was using the Edit Reorder Data.
