I understand the issue with font / UI scaling with Adagio, and the work around. Enabling the Aero display and disabling XP style DPI scaling.

The persistent issue is with forms (picking, packing lists). As the font size scales up (through the OS Display settings), printer output of the forms continues to scale down. Any suggestions?

The 'non-unicode' settings on your workstation could be the culprit. If they don't match the same settings as the workstation from which the specifications were created (sample forms have English-US), then this will cause forms to print with incorrect margins. Though the form itself is sized correctly, it is not positioned correctly.

To adjust this, go to the Windows Control Panel and open Region and Language. From the Administrative tab, select Change System Local and make it English (United States).

If your forms are printing shrunk, this is indicative of Windows Display Settings and Large Fonts - you cannot have anything other than 100% normal, and there is no other workaround to have forms print in the correct size if font size larger than 100% is selected.

This might be a broad question, but why do the the forms shrink when printed when you have Large Fonts selected? You can hit me with technical information if you want.

Windows reports a different "canvas" size on which the form is rendered when large fonts are selected. This results in the form "shrinking".
