I have set customers up based on printing or e-mailing statements and was checking set-up. I am now receiving an error in AR while trying to preview statements, please help.

access violation at address 009010FF in module "Receivables.Exe" Read of address 00000021.

What does this mean?

Hi, Heather,

What version(release date) of Receivables are you using? 9.0B(110727)?

I ask because knowing this information is always important to help us troubleshoot a problem and because, if you are using that version, the error occurred when printing statements and the Use Customer Spec option was selected.

A hotfix was subsequently released that resolved the issue. Updating your Receivables to a current release should fix the problem.
