Sorry, new problem.

In AR, with the PDF Viewer open, hitting Esc will open and close the additional details box.

When you hit Esc in OE (Display History>Invoices), the PDF Viewer and Display History windows both close.

The real difference is that in OE you need to first click in the PDF viewer window. Then, when ESC is used, it opens and closes the Additional Details section just like Receivables does.

Good possibility this issue is related to the last but am reporting this difference in behavior to R&D also.
