I am having a little difficulty understanding why changing the bin location using the tool under edit > item maintenance > picking sequence does not change the default bin location.

I realize it changes the bin location (picking sequence) under the warehouse, but when I look at it in grid view the bin location is drawn from the default picking sequence not the new location I changed it to. We only have one warehouse and most likely will never have more than one. That being said is the only way to update the bin locations of our items to go into edit items and change it there in 2 places (under units and location).

Changing the picking sequence in Inventory, will not change the picking sequence stored on any orders already in the system without editing the lines of the order.
