What is the difference between the fields 'Amt' and 'Base Price'? And why is 'Base Price' always the same as 'Amt' but only has a value intermittently?

{Amt} is what you charged the customer. {Base Price} is the customer's regular price for the item so you can determine whether an additional discount was granted when the item was sold.
