I have changed the PO spec to print 3 copies and it only prints one. I also wanted to ID each copy and it only prints the field that prints in the third copy.

Is there a special setting to print copies?

I'm having problems with this also and will report it to R&D for you. Only the label on the 3rd copy is printing, just as you experienced.
