Yes, there is an installation issue. The HELP.CHM should be on your local drive C: in the Softrak\Ledger Folder. It cannot be loaded off a network drive (please ask Microsoft why).
To use one of the Templates, choose File | Open Template and then File | Save as... to save the statement. If the statement is in another company, then use File | Import Workbook and choose the one you want (perhaps from the sample data in \Softrak\Ledger\Samdata Folder).
