Had an issue where zero balance items where being printed on Adagio Open Payable reports.
Worked with ANdrew Bates to Resolve this. There were about 16 items, created zero balance checks and applied to these items. Now in Open Payables report, nothing is being listed.(As it should be as our company does not carry forward any payable items).
Checked with user and ever thing is OK. But when the same report is printed in AccPacc it still shows 9 items with zero balances on this report.The items that are no longer listed are adjustments made in 2003. All thoose list are from 2002. Since the manual check was posted in 2003 and that after the yearend close of 2002, will these items always remain in the accpac report or will they be closed at year end for 2003?
