Is it possible to force a comment or text block when you add an item to an order?

Our scenario is:
We have a few items that have a minimum advertised price. When we add these items to an order we want them to automatically insert a predetermined comment or text block stating there is a minimum advertised price with the amount for the customer to see. Please let me know I can do this.

There is no way to link an Inventory item to a predefined Text Block. However every IC item has 4 lines of "Additional Info". With some small modifications to the invoice specification, these can be printed onto the invoice (and the lines suppressed if the Additional info fields are blank). This would work very well except in the case where you are already storing other information in the Additional Info fields.
