There are transactions in history that should be showing up. We've tried it for a few customers and getting the same results. Doesn't matter if we disable the option or enable it, the results are blank. This used to work but something seems to have changed. I don't think we've done any service packs or upgrades. Maybe I changed a setting somewhere? We'll keep trying to figure it out.
