Lately I am unable to complete a full backup in Datacare as some of the modules (files) are locked. "Locked" meaning aside from users in Gridview, the other two user's (OE and AR) computers were shut down so they were not in any Adagio modules.
Is "SD" important to backup? What does it affect when it fails?
