Yes. In step 2 of the "Processing" section of the instructions, just select the regular bank when you want to issue cheques.

If you use Adagio Bank Rec as well with the Payables module, you can avoid the last step in Rralph’s notes, and instead have Adagio record the payments to the Credit Card.

After you make the payements from the Credit Card Bank, the Bank Rec module will automatically transfer the payment made to the Credit Card and record the payment that was most likely really made from the true Bank Account. (There is a setting in Banks where you point the Credit Card Bank to the actual Bank by selecting “Automatic transfer on posting”.)

This way, your Credit Card “Bank” will net to a zero balance, the payment will go through your real bank, and if you wish, the entries made to the Credit Card Bank can then be reconciled off your monthly credit card statement in Bank Rec.

There is even an easier solution called Link2Points, developed by Link2 Systems, available from most Adagio Resellers for several years. The solution is an easy way to maximize your credit card loyalty points.

When installed, you simply select the vendors that could be paid by credit card(s), and then click on process. The window displays all invoices for selected vendors, and you click on the invoices or include all before a selected date. Review and then post.

The invoices paid by credit card(s) are transferred to the credit card vendor, and then available for payment to the credit card vendor. The original invoices under the original vendor show as being paid by credit card, and the invoices (transferred) under the Credit Card vendor show the original vendor invoice details, including the original vendor name.

There is no change to your payment processing in Adagio Payables.
