I need to re active a GL account. I was told to go to the account list and make sure it wasn't on show active accounts only but I can't find that. I have looked every where and gone into everything and there is no was I can re-active an old account. The only button I have in the Accounts is the filter and it doesn't matter if I click that on or off I can still not get to the deactivated account. Am I going to have to set up a new number? When I go into the accounts and press find it tells me there is no record but if I go into historical detailed listing I can find the info. I would really like to use the same number for the BCPST but if that is impossible then I will set up a new number. Thanks

Try a Smart finder search; it will find inactive accounts.

Perhaps someone -- in a moment of wishful thinking -- deleted the account after it was inactive for long enough. Try adding that account code; if he code exists, it will not let you add it again.
