There is an option on the Security Group to allow 'Edit/View Cust Statistics'. Likely this has been disabled on the security group to which your Adagio User ID belongs. If so, the easy solution is to have this option enabled.
There is an option in the Company Profile to allow or prevent editing of customer statistics, but this doesn't hide statistics.
If neither of these answer your question, please indicate the process you are using to look for statistics and what the actual behaviour is (the stats are not visible, all 0.00, etc).
