I am unable to get a financial report to print. I was having some difficulty and deleted then readded the printer - in Printer Settings - now this particular report just returns a message of printer not found, no menu or preview available. We have been successfully using this report for 2 years - it was a lot of work to write, saving as just copies the problem into the new specs, and copying/pasting does not copy the formulas. I don't think going to the backup will resolve as it also refers to the predelete version of the printer. Is there some way to get financial reporter to recheck valid printers so we can select the new one ? Fingers, toes and eyes crossed on this one. Any advice appreciated.

Are you saying the File | Printer Setup in the Financial Reporter doesn't work for you?

That doesn't work, nor does, File/Print or File/Print Preview, nor does the Printer Icon or the Print Preview Icon. Print Preview(s) do nothing and Other Print Selections return the error message "Printer Not Found".

I understand that you are "back on the rails" now.

This circumstance only occurs if you have chosen a specific printer for your specifications, and then the printer "disappears". We have a "Fast Fix" available if others run into this problem.

It will be fixed in the next release of Adagio Ledger.
