I have printed the ?US PR reporting considerations? document and have created a report using it in samdata. However, the details section does not populate with any of the employee?s mtd data. It returns in the detail section 0.00. I have mtd data from a PR run just made and the date of 5/31/95 is in use in QR (top right on screen) and PR. I have not put any totals or subtotals on the report yet.

Hi Ken,

If you are printing this report from sample data and want to see results for MTD, make sure you set the Print Date (from the Options menu) to something in May 95. If you are pointing to a clients' live data, make sure the Print Date is a relevant date (ie Dec 99 or what you need).

I go to the options in Designer and change the date to 05/31/95 and save the file then exit, go to reports, select pr report and set report date to 05/31/95. Still the 12/16/99 date is on the screen at top right.

Still no MTD numbers
