We are on a big push to implement Docushare. We are using barcoded routing codes in the Adagio reports that use forms that we can edit - everything is working great!
The incredible thing about Docushare is the full text search of the entire document - everything can be searched... So, for us, we can find propeller work on a specific vessel w/o knowing anything else...
There are some areas though that are not as easy for us to figure out (ie: are the folowing reports editable?)...:
1- AI - Invoice Posting Journal
2- AP - Manual Check Posting Journal,
3- AP - check Register,
4- AP - Invoice Posting Journal,
5- AP - Adjustment Posting Journal,
6- AR - Cash Posting Journal.
This might not be the entire list.
Are these report editable somewhere in the system and if so, do they use a naming convention or are these and others like them hard coded?
