Using Gridview 9.0F (120925), table I/C Item Locations Master, I need to add a column from PO for "Expected Receipt Date". How can I get this column??

Since no one has answered yet, I will say I don't think it can be done that way. You have a one-to-many relationship; each IC item has the possibility of multiple P/O lines that match the item. As an alternative approach, you could do a "linked" view where you click on the IC item and it shows the matching P/O lines in a separate view based on PO data. If your intent is on-screen inquiry, that would work.

Bruce is correct. Create a view that uses a QueryString to find item(s) from the item master and link this view to another that lists the outstanding PO details. When you double click on an item number in the first view then only those items are listed in the second view.

Okay, this is a little more tedious to use, but it will work.

Do either of you know where I can find the field "Expected Receipt Date" for the PO Item? Since there are often multiple items on a PO with different expected receipts dates, the "Expected Receipt Date" on the PO is not the field I need. I need the "Expected Receipt Date" for the individual line line items.

If you know which table this field is located in, please let me know.

The expected receipt date will be in the Details file. You should be able to get to it using either a GETLINKEDVALUE() function to another View in the Workspace, or a GETEXTRERNALDATA() call (less likely as I'm not sure there is the necessary index).

If I can get some data with an expected receipt date in it I'll try and mock up a View. I'm on the road at the moment.
