An error occurred while a staff tried to complete a Purchase Order. In order to get out from this error, she had to do a ctrl+alt+del. However, when she got back in, the PO was no longer there in the PO system but the data was in Gridview with certain missing information. We suspect the PO didn't go through completely. We were told that performing the Data Integrity check may able to clear this up but that has since been done more than once and the partial information still remains in the Gridview.
Is there a way to delete this particular PO that shouldn't be in Gridview due to the program error? Any suggestions we can fix this?

Are you using the Beta version of Adagio PurchaseOrders or Purchase Orders for Adagio? What error occurred? If you refresh the GridView View, does the PO disappear from the list? Normally, if a module cannot locate a record, then GridView cannot either.

No, we have not yet been using the Beta yet. There's a "Circle of Death" showing up while during the completion of that particular PO as per the user. She waited for a long time before she finally performed the Ctrl+Alt+del to get out from that. This problem occured on Jan. 9 and we have run Data Integrity Check as well as refreshing Gridview View on a regular basis since then but that partial record still in Gridview table.
