Just realized that I have an open Accpac AR Adj batch open. How this passed conversion I do not understand, but as a consequence I cannot perform a year end. The only way I became aware of this is thru Batch status. It obviously does not show up in the Adagio Adj batch entry procedures.
How can I delete the batche(s). Is it possible to delete a file from the data folder?

What does a data integrity check show? I suspect the problem originated from an orphaned batch file from Accpac Plus.

Can you print and purge the batch status report?

If the problem was an individual adjustment batch file, then that might be easy - look for files starting with ARA and then 4 digits for the batch number. If the problem is with the batch control file then it's trickier as batch control is a set of files that covers all of adjustments, invoices and cash.

Prev did a data integrity check with no favourable results. Was able to print and purge Batch Status report, but open batch remains. Performed data integrity again but nothing changed.
Data contains several "ARA" files. eg: ARABTD'1, ARABTH'1, ARACCT'1, ARALRT'1, ARALTC'1, ARALTS'1, as well as the same files with a "'R" in place of "'1". One file has a "'D" - ARACCT'D.
Which ones would I delete?

Osis:

None of the files you mentioned match the criteria that Softrak Support gave you ARA####, where # is a number.

This is something that you should get your Adagio consultant to look at. I suspect that you will require a database repair.
