Dear Bal
The probability of a 'bug' in this case seems highly unlikely. You can ascertain this by installing QL on another workstation that has Excel on it. Try creating a NEW worksheet from scratch. A very basic one, or even do this on your system.
It seems that you have been using QL for a long time, so if you follow all the suggestions we have given you, it should work (especially if you have corrupt w/s's then you should follow the advice we gave on restoring a good copy of your worksheet).
You MUST redefine your links and direct QL to the proper directory/path. You MUST open and save your worksheets using QL, not Excel. You must follow the latest suggestions regarding your corrupt worksheets and how to get them back at the point where they were working.
I would strongly suggest that you 'start from scratch'. Find the good copies of your worksheets. Remove the Quiklink directory and reinstall QL onto the same drive as Excel7. Go through the procedures. Redefine your links. Open your good worksheets using QL's options.
If this still does not correct the problems, then we suggest contacting your local ACCPAC Dealer for assistance. We have done everything we can do from here to help you.
