I need to export my client number, client name, matter number and matter name information. Using file/export I seem to only be able to export the client number, matter number and matter name but I need to also have the client name

You need a reporting tool to do this, the preferred one is GridView but I know you own Crystal Reports and that would work too, although Crystal doesn't export to Excel particularly elegantly.
