Our financial statements are quite lengthy both in columns and rows because we like to include all our departments on single statements. When printing, is there a way to fit a statement to a set number of pages and adjust page breaks? In our old Excel F9 Statements, we would simply open the Page Setup from the print preview screen and we could scale statements to fit however many pages seemed appropriate, and we were also able to view page breaks and adjust them accordingly.

Hi Acrylon,

When your financial statement is open, from the File menu pick Page Setup. If you are running a recent version of Adagio Ledger, there will be Scaling options to fit the report to a specified number of pages long and/or wide.

I'm not sure how pre-defined page breaks will behave, but that would be an easy thing to determine when previewing your statement.

Ctrl-B inserts a page break at the specified row.
