Hello DHB,

Have you done an Integrity Check? I suspect that you have Integrity errors in the data.

I suggest that you make a backup of your data. Then do an Integrity Check. If there are errors, rebuild the data.

You can post entries with unapplied cash. However, there is a condition where the UP may cause an error. We have addressed this issue on a Fast Fix. I will email you the Fast Fix, AR (030414).

Hello DHB,

The rebuild will not remove any postings.

In most cases, the rebuild will fix the data errors.

In some cases, the error is one that requires your intervention to edit or add a record. You might also have a dataset that is so damaged that the rebuild cannot repair it. That is why making a backup is the first step.

You should try the rebuild and then check the Integrity again. Repeat until there are no errors.
