What version of Adagio Receivables are you using? You can check the Help / About menu for the version and release date.
If integrity is clean, what does the Batch Status report or inquiry indicate for cash batches? Perhaps something is listed there that does not appear on the Edit Cash Batch list. Though this would appear as a data integrity error.
And just to confirm, is Year End expecting a cash batch to be posted, or a cash posting journal to be cleared? The posting journal scenario tends to be more common because the file was not cleared when it should have been.
You probably will need to get your Adagio consultant involved.
