I am trying to resend emailed invoices from within Adagio Invoices and receive this message when I try to do so: "Original Document Not Found. Unable To Continue". This process used to work properly up until recently (not sure exactly when), but now doesn't. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi, Phil,

I'm thinking that you are trying to re-email it from the Email Queue and that this is where you are receiving the error.

If the invoice were still in the current batch from which you originally emailed it, you wouldn't receive the error. However, if the batch has since been posted, you will as it is trying to re-email it from the batch that no longer exists. This is how it has always worked; you probably just haven't encountered it before.

What I'd do is go to History and re-email the invoice from there.

You're right, thanks.

However, re-sending the email from Historical Invoices doesn't give me the option of correcting or changing the email address, but re-sending the email from the email queue does. Is there a workaround for the problem of changing an email address?

Hi Phil,

When emailing from History, would selecting the Customer option for the email address work for your needs, rather than selecting the BillTo or ShipTo email address? As long as the email address is correct on the customer record, this should be OK.

There are no options for editing historical invoices, which includes the email address on the Bill To or Ship To tabs.

If nothing else works for you, you can send the e-mail to the queue and then edit the email address there before sending.

Ralph's idea will work excellently so I'll give that a try. And so will selecting the Customer option, although it is a bit more cumbersome. Thanks for the good ideas.
