When I print a quote with the set the destination to printer AdagioPDF, I receive a "Printer Index out of range" warning. Everything prints OK and there are no errors that I can see. If I set the destination to PDF, there is no warning. Why the warning message?

Thanks
Mike

Hi, Mike,

I'm not experiencing this behaviour so am going to need more information.

Are you able to print other documents from CQ or another module successfuly to AdagioPDF? If so, are you able to print a quote from the Quotes History tab that would have been printed previously using CQ8.1B? If so, what is the quote number/code of the document you are experiencing a problem printing to AdagioPDF? Is AdagioPDF set as your specific Quote printer in your Workstation options or is the setting Default?

Workstation Set-up:
Report Printer : Default printer (Tried Specific: AdagioPDf, same warnig)
Quote: Specific AdagioPDF (Switching to Default loses me the ability to print to AdagioPDF)

Same warnig when re-printing older quotes.
Printing an older quote from history yields the same warning.
Printing other documents works fine.

This is just a warning I'm receiving - no errors. But it is annoying.

Thanks
Mike

What version of SalesCQ are you using?

Hi, Mike,

What happens if you use a different quote spec? If you don't have one, you can get one of the sample data specs by accessing the Spec Designer and selecting File | Open Template | selecting a sample data Quote spec and saving it to your data folder using your data extension.

If you receive the same warning again, can you try using the same sample data Quote spec within Softrak\ACWIN\Samdata? Do you still receive the warning?

Even if you were to set the Workstation Options for the spec printer to Specific, you could still access AdagioPDF by selecting Setup on the spec print window and selecting the AdagioPDF print. More work, agreed, but might be another thing to try.

Let me know,

Tried a couple of different quote specs (yours and mine) and received the same warning. Closed my data set and opened Samdata. Printed a couple of quotes from there using built in specs - same warning message. Oops - I forgot to mention I'm using a dealer's version of ePrint (Version: 9.0A (110922)). Sorry

Hi, Mike,

As the same thing is occurring in your CQ and in sample data CQ but not in other modules, I'd suggest doing a clean reinstall of CQ only. This would mean uninstalling CQ, renaming the residual folder and reinstalling the product. And, it would involve additional codes and reregistering.

This might be a good time to get your Adagio consulting involved.
