Dear McCarron,

You seem to have orphan batches in the data directory. This usually comes about due to an improper restore.

Look at the Batch Status report to determine which batches should exist. Then delete any orphan batches (those not appearing on the Batch Status report) from data directory. These batches use the naming convention QIBnnnnn.xxx where the ns represent digits and xxx is your data extension

Once this has been done you should be able to complete the integrity check on the existing data files.

Hello McCarron,

If you have batches in your data directory that do not match the list of Open Batches on the Batch Status report, you will need to remove them from the data directory.

The error message that you received shows that the data directory is: e:\asp\data\tomar\

I suggest that you make a backup of your data prior to removing the batches. If you are uncomfortable deleting the files using Windows Explorer, you should contact your software consultant.
