Can I set max license or modules used per user or group?
we have 17 total licenses. I would like to have No more then 3 licenses to be used by any one person.

Sorry, there is no programatic way to enforce this. You'll just have to tell users to close applications when they are not using them.

Of course, you could always invest in a few additional Lanpaks!

Has anyone found a way to do this? I am using TS 2003, switching to 2008 soon if that helps. I have been researching (googling) and have found a few leads on the terminal services side... but haven't found one that works yet.

While you can prevent a user from logging in on multiple workstations, once they are in Adagio they can open the modules they are entitled to open, as many times as they want (consuming an Adagio lanpak in the process).

Why not just ask people not to keep more than one occurrence of any module open?

They have been asked multiple times, unless someone stands over their shoulder...

I think it would be cheaper to buy additional lanpaks than pay someone to stand over their shoulder!

At some point they will have too many Windows applications open and performance will slow to a crawl. Then they might close a couple.
