Hello Classic Moving,

When you reinstalled Quik Invoice for Windows did you install an older version?

The error message refers to a function that was introduced in later versions of Quik Invoice for Windows. Make sure that you have the most current version installed.

Hello Classic Moving,

Have you been printing multiple copies of documents? If you have been printing multiple copies, you must have been using a later version than 6.2B. The feature for multiple copies was not added until 65A.

If you have not been printing multiple copies, try printing a sample invoice from the sample data. If it prints properly, you may have a damaged specification file.

Dear Classic Moving,

Since the printing of sample data worked correctly it is likely that your production specification file has become damaged.

Try restoring a backup of the spec file only (from when the invoice printing was okay). If you can’t find a backup where the spec is still in tact – recreate the invoice specification with Designer.
