One employee ( out of 5) has been receiving a notice that the "Invoice" module is not registered and will stop working in 8 days. Product is registered and no one else is receiving the notice. The form # 24761 " ADAGIO INVOICES REGISTRATION " when printed from the employee's computer shows that the product is registered. The "About " screen also shows the product is registered.
Any suggestions??

It may be that the license code has not yet been entered for that module. Your consultant will have the right code if this is the case.

No, I don't think that's it. More likely the user is pointing to a different Adagio installation on a different drive letter. I think the poster should copy the Adagio shortcuts from a workstation that works to the offending one and make sure the drive letter mappings are identical between the working and offending workstations.

Steve is on the right track if it is indeed for just one user that this is happening. I often get told things are occurring for one person only to later determine that just one person bothered to report it, so if that's an assumption then it is worth checking.

Only the one user is receiving the notice, however I just discovered this user is also receiving an error message " Access violation at address 00404EFA in module 'Invoices.exe'. Read of address 40E3AFCO." The error message appears when the user opens the Invoice module.The paths appear identical to the other users and the "Adagio Invoices Registration " is also identical.

The problem has been resolved by removing the program from the work station and then re-installing it. Thank you for all your assistance.

Hopefully the program is not installed locally on the workstation, but is loaded from a common Folder on your server.

Installing the EXE's on a workstation is always a bad idea. It's WAY too easy for individuals to end up running different versions of an application.

The program is on the server, we just reinstalled the workstation setup on the one workstation.
The error message is gone as well as the notification that the program was not registered.
