When trying to install the latest Gridview service pack (9.0E 2012.07.03), I receive the message that the version we are using is too old for the update, asnd that a full 9.0E must be installed. The GV version that comes up is 9.0D 11.08.28, fully registered and I can't see any updates in between those two versions. Any ideas as to what's up with the Service Pack fail?

Somewhere in your In box is a notice about an Upgrade to Adagio GridView 9.0E (120426) which was when V9.0E was first released. You can only install Service Packs against their specific version.

Contact Customer Service and they'll send you the Upgrade codes to 9.0E. There were some cool new features in that version including full support of Adagio Styles in Views!
