How do i edit a back order. I raised an invoice for a qty of 14, only 10 was shipped and 4 went into back order. The inventory qty had 14 at the time of invoice. what went wrong?

Well, there is no requirement to ship everything you have in Inventory.

Just create another invoice from the same order and ship the remaining 4 needed by the customer. A single order can generate multiple invoices.

Alternatively, if the customer no longer wants the items, then recall the order and change the Backordered quantity to 0.
