I'm getting the following error when I run Datacare (9.0A (110324) NFR Dealer Demo):
Invalid salesperson on document History Quote 2014-A
Invalid salesperson on document Open Quote 2049-A
The invalid salesperson error is occurring for every quote in both open and history. I tried rebuilding but no luck. The salespeople are all valid - using them in OE, and when I order a quote I'm not getting any errors.
Do I forget about it as it doesn't seem to be causing any other problems?

Are you saying that when you transfer the quote to an order the saleperson error goes away? Is the capitalization and spacing on the salesperson code matching the same on the quote as on the salesperson file?

When I run Datacare, I only get an error in SalesCQ regarding the Salesperson being invalid. There are no errors when converting a quote to an order.
We only use the Salespeople that are set-up in AR. We only select from the drop down list which contains 4 salespeople.
And the error doesn't seem to discriminate between salespeople - it hates us all equally.
I mentioned this to Bruce and he looked through his copy of our data and couldn't find anything wrong.

Hi Mike,

Checking our bug database, it seems that the current release of DataCare, when checking the SalesCQ data is incorrectly complaining about the salesperson on a Quote. If you press the Rebuild button, it will assign the first salesperson in your list to the quote header (so don't Rebuild after the error).

We'll get this fixed.

No inconvenience - and it's too late about the rebuild. I already tried that. Didn't seem to affect anything adversely. I'll just ignore it until it's fixed.
