We need to view a Trial Balance that ignores all the Depts.

For example, in the Sample Company we have four separate Dept’s for Rev Account # 4000.

Is there some way that we can generate/print a Trial Balance that displays only one line for Account #4000 with the appropriate value?

I see that there is a sample financial statement: GL!TrialBalanceWorksheet.sam.

This looks like it may give us what we want.
