Hi,

I ran a gridview report for completed PO's and discovered incorrect information entered in a reference field on several of them. Is there a way to change those entries to the correct entry? (The field in question is the Reference field in Document Information)

I have never tried this before (never had to modify the Ref field after posting), but I just gave it a try in the POA Sample Data.

I find that I can change the Reference #’s on Completed P/O's, but not on the posted Receipts.

Is that what you are looking for?
